1. What is Monarx?

Monarx is the most effective security solution for Linux web hosting. It provides a comprehensive suite of security services including threat detection, removal, realtime threat shield and a cloud classification system that results in 40% more threats discovered. Monarx is Agent based, meaning that as a root level owner, a simple installation of our Agent will connect your server to our cloud, thus offloading the heavy lifting off your server and onto ours.

2. How does my free trial work?

During your trial you'll be given access to the Monarx Agent which can be installed on any production server in read only mode. When you are ready to test the full functionality, we'll flip the switch and enable complete protection. You'll also have full access to our dashboard to see what's happening on your servers & we'll be here to answer any questions.

3. How does the per user mode work when I have multiple domains hosted?

Monarx protects on a per user level. This means if you have parked domains, sub-domains or other domains under a single account, Monarx will provide coverage across the entire account.

4. What is your bulk pricing for partners?

Pricing is dependent on a number of factors including deployment options and the specific solutions you need for your business. Each new partnership is tailored specifically to your hosting company.

5. Which types of environments does Detect then Protect (Upsell) program support?

All of them. Just like in Complete Protection, Monarx supports all types of servers in Upsell. Whether VPS, dedicated, shared, containerized or anything in between we have you covered!

6. Can I purchase Monarx directly through you?

Yes, if you signup for a 30-day trial and at the end of the trial would like to protect your VPS or servers, we have options available. Please feel free to ask anytime during the trial to setup a payment account.

7. How can I find a hosting provider that includes Monarx with their hosting?

1. What is signature-less detection and why is it important?

3. Do you offer a Web Application Firewall?

Yes, Monarx has two offerings for Web Application Firewall. Our built in server-based WAF provides local rule based protection, while our Cloud Based WAF can protect your perimeter.

4. What about patching and virtual patching?

Monarx provides both CVE based WordPress patching as part of its core services and virtual patching is available the Server-Based WAF.

5. How do I manage my fleet of servers?

The Command Center provides full control over servers, agents, and threat intelligence. This single pane of glass is built using our own APIs and provides you detailed events, infection, agent status and more.

6. Do you have an API and examples?

The Monarx API is fully documented and been put to the test with various integrations including our own Command Center, control panel plugins, and custom integrations.

7. Do you have a free trial?

Yes, we have a free trial that will allow you to install, test, evaluate, and experience Monarx. Once activated you will be able access the needed downloads & installation instructions for your first agent installation.

Launch Questions

1. How long does it take to launch?

This varies from partner to partner, but let's look at a few examples. With WHMCS, launch times range from 2-4 weeks. Custom integrations that require development on your end tend to take a couple additional weeks. Throughout the process you will be assigned a team that will guide, help, and accelerate the process.

2. What's the difference between Complete Protection & Detect then Protect?

Complete Protection has all of the feature enabled and on by default. This means that your server & websites will get automatic threat detection, removal, and blocking. Detect then Protect operates in read only mode with ON/OFF features that are enabled when customers upgrade or purchase. These ON/OFF features are controlled by API calls or built into integration such as the WHMCS Module.

3. Can I white label Monarx?

Yes. Monarx was designed to be white labeled and each facet of our integration including plugins, interfaces, emails can all be white labeled, rebranded, and modified to your liking.

4. What kind of support do I get during the launch phase?

For each new partner you will be assigned a team of hosting experts, developers, and project managers that will guide you step-by-step throughout the launch phase.
